Stars Only-4a (at tournament time control, Delfi 4.4 is added)

I continue to run a tournament (actually 10-game matches) named 'Stars
Only' for the very best free engines at 7-hour tournament time control.
Time control: 40/7200:20/3600:1800
Celeron 2.6GHZ 256MB; hash settings is up to 38MB in sum for each engine;
resign is set to 6; few 5-men Nalimov's TBs.
Arena is used to arrange the event.
The last addition is Delfi 4.4

I wonder what is the reason for its failure in Leo's tournament when it has only 50% against weaker opponents.

I have to add that on slower harware (Celeron 1GHz) and at shorter time control (80min + 3sec) in my New IL it shows also worse results.
Maybe Delfi 4.4 like more faster harware and slower time control?
