the menus in the top frame are not available (at least for me)

Happens to me too sometimes, reloading the page usually solves it.

It works with IE6, Opera and Mozilla Firefox between 21:35 and 21:40

I still have the problem here at home, strange that all
works ok at work? (Of course I have deleted my browser cache
and reloaded, but nothing helps - also tried different
browers too.)
BTW this also affects my own site, which also cant load
the nedstat counter since yesterday

Thats strange, I have no problem with the WBEC and RWBC site's and also not with loading the "Nedstate" page from here!?

I have the same problems as Guenther. I can see the top-frame after I make copies of the frames and deleted the Javascript lines.

which Browser and version you are using? I have no problems here with MSIE 5.0. I will try it later also on my other machine, where i have also some other browsers.

I tried with IE 6.0 and
Mozilla 1.5. Mozilla says forever 'loading from m1.nedstadtnet...'.
As I said before I also had zero problems from a machine at
work. Perhaps it is a povider/routing problem?
OTH Volker has the same problem from Switzerland?

Maby it is, for now I placed the counter at another page can you try if it works now?
