New UCI 2 version of Monarch

Many thanks to those who have given feedback. There is now a new version of Monarch (candidate 1.0) on my website.

The following changes are included:
1. Full support for Current Line and Refutation Line in the new UCI 2 protocol, which is now working well under Shredder Classic
2. Fixed hash bug - too much memory was being allocated
3. Improved the hashing
4. Added a "Repeatable Search Option" which will clear hash tables and killer list etc before the search.
5. Added a "Show Strings" option that allows the user to suppress the information strings - useful for GUIs that show a dialog box
6. Minor internal tweaks.
