Thinker 4.6b stops send thinking lines?

Thinker is a good positional engine. It is very strong.
It seems that Thinker 4.6d sends only some first PV lines and becomes silent.
Examples:
D:\>Thinker.exe
Thinker: cannot open book (0) D:\Thinker.dat
Thinker: 4.6b (E 51, 51e) Copyright (c) Lance Perkins
Thinker: Freeware. No warranties whatsoever.
Thinker: n-o q-t o-t s-f-c

I don't think so. As far as I know, Thinker prints new output only if it finds a better move. In your case, it was probably satisfied with e7e5.

Yup, Gábor is correct there. Thinker only puts out a new PV line if the best move changes.
