I found a file called (when unzipped) lg0309.glc (or the like) there. In order to get the pgn file one has to execute a program called lgpgnc.exe (or the like) on the file, for example this way:
lgpgnc x lg0309.glc lg0309.pgn
and it's done. But apparently this has to be done in DOS mode, otherwise it doesn't work.

PS If you can't do it, I can send you the pgn by email. It's about 3M, but if you have a webmail account at yahoo, you can get messages up to 10M.

Sorry, my fault. Actually lg0402c.zip was not uploaded. Fixed now.

That one is damaged.
Was it installed in binary mode or text mode?
I get a zip file checksum error
